On March 3, I was featured on Nick Noble's radio show "Folk Revival" on radio station WICN in Worcester, MA. Here are some photos from that event. Enjoy!

If You've Never

Today I recorded one of my all-time favorite songs by Griff. We hope you enjoy.

Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day!

Watch the way Martin Luther King looks at Mahalia Jackson as she sings - I'd call that a beatific smile if ever there was one.

The Cuckoo

Hi Everyone, Griff shared information with me about this popular song and I wanted to share it with you.

Tony Rice and Church Street Blues

I'm chagrined to admit that up until now, I haven't listened to a lot of Tony Rice's music. I have some serious catching up to do.
Enjoy ~

I'll See You in My Dreams

Happy New Year, Everyone ~ Here is one of my favorite songs played beautifully by Merle Travis. For me, it's an appropriate song to post on New Year’s Eve. "I'll See You in My Dreams," was written in1924 by Gus Kahn (lyrics) and Isham Jones (melody). Chet Atkins and Mark Knopfler also did a stunning rendition of it. If you have a favorite version, I'd love to know about it!

Won't You Love Me Too

Griff wrote this Christmas song years ago and I have always been fond of it — even more so as the years have gone by. We hope you enjoy!

Silent Night

Regardless of your belief, one would be hard pressed to find a more beautiful song. Silent Night is one the great songs of all times. Written in 1818, lyrics by Joseph Mohr, music by Franz Gruber.

Holidays

I think about family and friends and warmth this time of year. When I hear this song, I always get a feeling that another year of love has come and gone. Enjoy your friends and family this Holiday season!
